By using VotingFans you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Team applications and conditions

Team registration on VotingFans is only available through the official team application link (https://votingfans.com/team-application). This link may be shared by administrators or league organisers via email or WhatsApp. Do not use any other URL to apply as a team.

• You must have a valid VotingFans account (fan account) before submitting a team application.
• You must be an authorised representative of the team (e.g. coach, manager, or designated official).
• Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or removal of the team and account.
• We may verify your identity and link to the team via email, phone, Facebook page, or official website.
• Approval of team applications is at our discretion. We may reject or revoke access for any reason, including breach of these terms.
• Once approved, you are responsible for keeping team and player information accurate and for complying with voting and payment rules.

3. Voting and payments

Votes may require payment. Refunds are subject to our payment policy. Fraudulent or abusive voting may lead to account suspension and audit logs may be used for investigation.

4. Privacy and data

Your data is used in line with our Privacy Policy. We may record actions (including guest and logged-in activity) for security, fraud prevention, and audit purposes. Only authorised administrators can view audit logs.
